Bilmola USA SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Bilmola USA have tried to make shopping online hassle free with free shipping to some selected states in the United States on all online orders over $99. If your order is below the $99.00 minimum for free shipping you will be entitled to pay for your shipping fee as it will be included in your order fee.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest office of the logistic company delivering the item, or relevant courier depot. We strongly suggest to have your delivery address as your workplace, and if you find that you have accidentally provided the wrong address you can let us know at info@bilmolausa.com

Same Day Shipping

We all know the feeling of when you order online you want it fast! We ship orders Monday through to Friday and we will make every effort to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

All orders are shipped out may be sourced from any of our stores and suppliers where necessary. Dispatch and shipping times may be extended by 7 - 14 days depending on the location of your ordered item. If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order at the stipulated time our customer care team will contact you to let you know of an alternative item we can provide or offer a full refund.

Refunds

We’re happy to offer you a 100% refund, excluding the shipping cost, for any item that you don’t find completely satisfactory

Please send to us an email notification as soon as you would like to return the product. Please provide us with the order confirmation number. Item must be shipped back to Bilmola USA within 7 days of receiving it.

​

To be eligible for a refund, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

​

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.

​

Shipping cost, if applicable, is not refundable.

Exchanges 

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@bilmolausa.com  with details of the product and the defect.

If you received an item as a gift, you would need a receipt to process your exchange.

​

Bilmola USA reserves the right to deny the exchange of any product.

Return Shipping Cost

To return your product, please contact us by email at info@bilmolausa.com  to receive shipping instructions.

​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or damaged product

We have high standards of quality control, but in an unlikely case of receiving a defective or damaged item, we’ll exchange it free of charge.

Please send to us a few photos as a proof of the flaw or the defective area to info@bilmolausa.com  , and we’ll be happy to exchange it for you free of charge or give you a full refund including the shipping cost.

Order Tracking

If you create an account with us, your dashboard will automatically be updated with the status of your order. Simply log into Your Account and click - Order History & Tracking. This is where you will be able to click on your current order and find the updated status. If your order has already shipped, the tracking number will be linked into the status.

Tracking information for orders placed on weekends will not be available until Monday

International Orders

All international orders will be shipped with an original invoice on the box, which shows the full amount that you paid for the products you have purchased. This will ensure that your package processes through customs with no delays. Some countries have import tax laws, in which case you would be liable to pay import tax on the items you buy from us. Please do your best to educate and familiarize yourself with these policies in your country. You may be responsible for paying these fees once you have received the package.

Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via UPS , DHL , Fedex or TNT from our fulfillment center in USA . Please allow an additional 7 - 14 business days to process your order.
